Dracofelis Concept by LugiaAngel

Coat colors: all natural, and only dark unnatural colors like dark red, dark blue, dark green and dark purple.
Markings: many, many, many markings are seen on these creatures. Use your fantasy. Creative, badass and/or impressing markings. Can be cat markings ;D
Eye/Hair/Hove/Nostril/Markings colors: the eyes, nostrils, markings and hoves are MOSTLY the same color. This color also occurs in the mane AND tail, together with one or more different colors. This color can be all colors of the rainbow and is never to dark. Eyes can be a different color. If they are, its always brown, blue, green or grey.

Facts:
- Mane is always spiky, even when its wet
- They HATE to get wet, water is the eneeemy
- They are immune against many kinds of magic
- Many can breath fire, color is the same as the hoves, nostrils, eyes and glowing markings
- Some lucky ones have big many wings
- Twins are common, triplets also occur. Foals are very small when their born and blind at the first hours
- They can't stand high sounds, sometimes even attack that thing that moves at the moment
- They do like jewelry, but not to many
- Al their spikes are retractable. Spikes are used for fighting and defense
- Stallion have more body hair. How more the better. Mares have a longer mane. All have feathering, less on the front, more on the backlegs
- They got two long teeth for cutting flesh in front of their mouth. Those two stick out of their mouths.
At the bottom they got two smaller cutting teeth, like here www.google.nl/url?source=imgla… Those are followed by rows of smaller, sharp teeth.
- At least one marking can glow. Hoves, eyes and nostrils always glow. Organs and bones can glow to
- Always have horns. Can be any natural shape
- ALL have spikes. Can occur on the whole body
- These creatures are able to purr (when happy), growl (when angered or to show off), roar (to chase you away or (right before) they attack)
- If their angry, they pin their pointy ears back, they will wag with their tail, show their sharp teeth,
and the hairs on their back and tail will stand up straight. They make themself look bigger. Some stick out their tongue.
Males also do this right before a fight with a stallion to impress a mare
- When the males are in a fight and want to impress the other, they growl at eachother and because of that they start drooling
- Tongue can be very long and bi-colored, is not round at the end but sharp
- Never wear anything shiny or sparkly in their presence, they will follow you EVERYWHERE
- IF they feel threatened, they attack eventually
- The foals like playing with like everything that moves... Or not
- Can have many different abilities and powers. Be creative! Most of them have more then one power.

Behavior against humans/horses:
With humans, it depends on how those humans behave or their memories of humans. Its based on how cats react.
Don't stare at them, or they will feel threatened. Blink, or don't look into their eyes at all. Stay calm, they can smell your emotions. No high sounds or fast movements, that confuses them, with attacking you or the first thing on their path as result. If they grew up without humans around, the change is most likely they will never get attached to a human, or even tolerate their presence. If they do grew up with them, it depends on how good those humans were for him/her. Were they cruel? The Dracofelis will always be reminded of this when encountering a human. Were they good? The Dracofelis will most likely tolerate humans, IF he or she likes them. They can feel it if a human haves good or bad intentions. Some even grow very attached to a human being, almost always of the opposite gender. They will push their muzzle and head against their human friend (leaving their smell behind on the human, what only other Dracofelis can smell), lick him or her, make them happy when their sad, care for them, claim them and love them forever. Yes, for-ev-er. Nobody can get in between. They will see the human friend as something they own and do everything to keep it this way.

Dracofelis horses will never be fully domestic, they need space, even when they have a  good human friend. In a small stall they will get upset and break out. A big meadow is favored, and only with other horses they tolerate, or they will be veeery dangerous.

Against other horses... Also works like with cats. They have a ranking system. Not the strongest or biggest, but the most aggressive is the leader. This is mostly a mare. Groups always work well, until one of the members tries to act above its 'rank.' This happens at times. Then the leader will attack. The lower member will regret this with a painful scar. Does the member attacks back? It very rare. This will end up in a fight. The winner will be the new leader. The loser will get a (even) lower rank. Groups are mostly families. Dracofelis with family ties work well together. In families, the males are rarely aggressive against eachother, the females a lot more. Against none family Dracofelis, both male and female can be aggressive, but not always. Against other breeds it depends. Against smaller breeds they can act normal, though a little bit superior. They will try to impress bigger horses, or be aggressive. If they meet any dog related horses, they will get angry as hell.
