The glowing bones is something they can have, not what they all have c;

Its just an idea.
A equine breed with long jaw line, horns, spikes, spiky mane, dragon like tail with tail fluff, glowing eyes, hoves, nostrils and maybe a glowing heart. Still not sure about that idea. They have cat like eyes, diluted at day or in contact with light, normal (like in the picture) at night. They have aaaa lot of hair on their bodies, both stallions and mares c: Always feathering. The breed is based on a mix of horses, cats and dragons c:
